Pursuant to M.S. 103D.311, Subd. 2, Notice is hereby given that the term of Dale Bartosh as a member of the Heron Lake Watershed District Board of Managers will expire on February 24, 2013. Persons who are a voting resident of said Watershed District in Jackson County interested in being appointed to serve as a Watershed District Manager may submit a letter of interest to the Jackson County Board of Commissioners care of Janice Fransen, County Coordinator, 405 4th Street, Jackson, MN 56143, on or before January 11, 2013 at 4:30 pm for consideration.
