Pursuant under the provisions of Minnesota Statute 205.13 Subdivision 2, notice is hereby given that filings for the office of two (2) Councilpersons for the term of four (4) years and one (1) for Mayor for the term of two (2) years will be open Tuesday, July 31, 2012 and close Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
Filings must be made with the City Clerk within the period allowed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That regarding the City Election, which shall be held in and for the City of Round Lake, Nobles County, Minnesota on Tuesday the 6th day of November 2012, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. the following offices shall be filled:
One (1) Mayor for four (4) year term
Two (2) Council Members for four (4) year term

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 516

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the period for filing affidavits of candidacy for the office of school board member of Independent School District No. 516 shall begin on July 31, 2012, and shall close at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on August 14, 2012.
The general election shall be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. At that election, three (3) members will be elected to the School Board for terms of four (4) years each.
Affidavits of Candidacy are available from the school district clerk, 445 Harrison Street, Round Lake, MN 56167. The filing fee for this office is $2.
