The Nobles County Relay For Life is this Friday evening, June 22. Official events get underway at 7:00 p.m. at the Fairgrounds in Worthington, but a variety of activities will be available beginning at 5:00 p.m. Activities are for team members and members of the general public who would like to join in the fight against cancer.
There will be a Bucket Raffle in Benton Hall and team campsite sales begin at 5:00 p.m. Twenty-one teams have registered for this year’s event, and will offer food, jewelry, games and other items for sale.
At 7:00 p.m., the outdoor stage official activities begin with introductions and an invocation by Pastor John Nau. The national anthem will be sung by Meagan Meier.
