Presented to and approved by the Heron Lake City Council last week, the preliminary rates are set for the Agrinatural Gas company. The council is the regulatory authority for the company, which is in the process of bringing natural gas availability to the city.
With construction anticipated to begin in July, and be completed by October 1, residents who wish to use natural gas will have it available before the winter season arrives.
