Revealing meth in Minnesota

Program at RLB is open to the public
On Friday, March 12, in cooperation with the Round Lake-Brewster FCCLA Chapter and Round Lake-Brewster High School, a lyceum, “Revealing Meth in Minnesota”, will be held in the gymnasium from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the event. Presenters will include Nobles County Attorney Gordon Moore, Buffalo Ridge Drug Enforcement Task Force Commander Troy Appel, Nobles County Sheriff Detective Jay Clarke, Nobles County Sheriff and Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force Board of Directors Member Kent Wilkening. This presentation will offer real life information on the impact of meth use as it relates to the family and the communities of the meth addict. Information is factual and may be graphic. This lyceum is in conjunction with a STAR Event Illustrated Talk, “Selfish Highs”, written and presented by Mara Eichenberger, Ceilia Schmitz, and Olivia Stanton. All are juniors at RLB and members of the RLB Chapter of FCCLA. Any parent that does not want their student to attend will need to contact Mrs. Romans at l.romans@rlb. mntm.org or at 945-8123 ext 23 so that arrangements can be made to accommodate your request.
